Based on the needs of the early career educator. Needs are identified through the use of a Early Career Educator Needs Self-Assessment which rates specific areas and objectives by their order of importance and priority. The specific objectives within each area are based on competencies that are required for licensure. The early career educators rate their level of confidence at this time for each of the competencies.
